CONTRASTS IN SYNC

CONTRASTS IN SYNC is where fine dining meets a rave of a completely different kind. Created by Vincent Sauter and Niclas Winters of Sync Kitchen, this bold experiment places chefs and DJs side by side to explore how food and music interact. 

The Idea: One chef and one DJ form a team, co-creating how a single bite responds to the live sound—either playing in harmony or striking a sharp contrast. Rotating every hour, it’s a fast-paced creative playground featuring renowned culinary names like Philip Rachinger, Nina Meyer, Caspar Plautz, and Nuanz. New sound, new bite.

The Launch Dinner: As an exclusive prelude, the night before features a multi-course industry preview for restaurateurs and journalists inside a raw, brutalist hall, showcasing the full potential of the Sync Kitchen Truck. 

My Role: Booked by Vincent to help bring the concept to life, I provided end-to-end strategic consulting throughout the entire preparation phase. Alongside consulting on the project's journey, I managed the communication and digital roll-out, designed the visual assets, and hosted both event evenings.
